Terrible Customer Service and restrictive policies! I ordered my usual size 38, but these shoes run very narrow and were uncomfortably tight in the toe box. I contacted customer service to exchange for a size 39, but that size was out of stock for this model. Since the exchange wasn’t possible due to their own inventory issue, I had to return the shoes instead. Despite this being their fault, they charged me shipping fees (36 or 28, depending on whether I exchanged or returned) — costs I shouldn’t have had to bear. In the end, I only got back about 60% of what I paid, and I have no shoes to show for it. Even though I requested this within their 14-day return window, they only offered store credit instead of a refund to my original payment method. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I’d caution others to check their return policy carefully before buying. Beware of the restrictive policies — shop somewhere else.
