From Field to Freezer: Feeling Confident!
I cant say enough good things about this workshop. Rob and Dylan are incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. The curriculum was well-structured, covering everything from essential tools and equipment to a clear, step-by-step butchering demonstration and proper packaging techniques. I walked away feeling fully confident in my ability to process my own deer. This was my first workshop at Forrest Green Farm and I look forward to taking more here in the future!

Excellent Workshop for Deer Processing
This workshop exceeded my expectations and provided so many useful tips and tricks that will make the processing of my next deer faster, with better results and less waste. The hands on nature of the workshop really drove home the key points and left nothing to doubt. I will be taking additional workshops at Forrest Green Farm.
