The product itself is high quality and wonderfully designed. My issue with this whole process is that I wanted to change the size of the jacket as it was too big for me and I messaged them the first day I got it. No response whatsoever. I emailed them a few more times but I still haven’t got a message back. Not even a “sorry that is not possible”. I was so excited and happy about ordering it but I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.
