I'm happy to have a backup bottle now, as the one I've been using for many years is less than half full and I'd been concerned about running out and not having more on hand, because I've relied on (a formulation from several years ago that I can't read because the label's been worn off through years of use, but may differ some from the current formulation) this product any time I have cramps. 3 drops usually relieve my symptoms within 15 minutes, though on a few occasions I've had to dose more than once, and on a single location I tried a couple increasing doses over time and eventually needed 11 whole drops to get relief!
