Great fans, fantastic staff

Thermosoft were just great when we decided to put ceiling fans in. Dean was so helpful in the planning stage, going above and beyond to make sure we ordered the right product and Heidi from customer service made sure we received the fans and helped with the return on 2 of them when the electrician they recommended to us discovered that not all ceilings would handle a fan. The fans themselves are beautiful, whisper quiet and make our bedroom comfortorble on a 40deg night when the AC was broken.
