Delivery
I’m pleased with my lucid mattress and bedframe. I am however, disappointed in the delivery system. A semi truck dropped a pallet weighing 250 pounds at the end of my driveway. There was no way I could lift it or move it by myself. The driver explained that is their policy. I had to scrounge around and hire a couple of young guys to move the pallet and unwrap it. As it happens, I will be looking for another bed frame and mattress for a second HOME I have. The bedroom unfortunately is on the second floor and I do not have an elevator. Even though I am pleased with the mattress and the frame, it is doubtful that I will buy a lucid as I do not want to go through the delivery process again.
