I stumbled across KI-OKU at a weekend market in Jersey City, NJ. I don’t usually wear perfume and haven’t in years but when I sampled some of the different fragrances namely Waves & Whispers as well as Origami, I was really impressed. my friend and I split a discovery box where I took home two samples. I found myself wearing Waves &Whispers every day and decided to order a bottle. The scent is light, yet complex with gorgeous sandalwood and lavender notes. It also wears better than perfume I’ve had in the past, lasting >12h from just a couple of spritzes. I’m very happy I found KI-OKU and even wore W&W on my wedding day last week. So now the perfume reminds me of one of the best days of my life. I would highly recommend this perfume and hope to purchase again and try another scent.
