Runs small and the return policy is not easy

I ordered this golf hoodie which is great quality, but it runs on the smaller side. Sure if you wear it as the guy in the advertisement did with nothing underneath then it just fits. Other issues: tracking my order is not an easy task, since this item is shipped overseas tracking is not updated. I received the item yesterday and it still shows not delivered yet. To return an item for a bigger size is also difficult. This is just my experience.
