Incorrect shipment - NO customer support

I placed an order but one of the items was incorrect in my shipment. After 2 emails and a phone call - nothing by crickets. I like the bears balm but if this is the kind of customer service I can expect I’ll go elsewhere. Y’all lost a customer.
