Easy to use and helpful

I am disabled and cant always find the energy to cook. This causes a lot of my food to go to waste. I've just started using this system, so I can't comment on whether its working yet, but so far I love how simple it is to use, especially openning and closing. I dont have the strength to use traditional Tupperware anymore and constantly rely on others to open containers for me. With this, I can do it all myself. Its really giving me a bit of independence back and I love that.

Vacuum- great! Everything else - a total fail

The product as a pure vacuum sealer is fantastic. Where it fails (and completely fails): 1) the onboarding/setup is awful. There is no part of it that works as intended and the app experience is unintuitive and generally not worth the trouble to try and make work. 2) the Alexa integration is also failed. After a week of it complaining it “doesn’t understand my request” every time I vacuumed, even though I am making no requests - I finally just dumbed it down and eliminated all the Alexa connections and now I’m happy. 3) the scale is a great idea. But the scale is useless as it fluctuates by nearly 10 percent with completely stable weight. So if I’m trying to weigh 100 grams of product I’m getting readings that move from 90-110. 4) shipping - it got to me but because you utilize third tier shipping (Ie not fedex ups etc) it arrived late and had no useful tracking capabilities.

These work great I have a total of 24 now. I'm Just hoping in the future they will make taller ones to house pastas like spaghetti
