Executive Suite - Gorgeous print
The President of a large company dies and the question is who will replace him?
We really enjoyed the movie, and the release from Warner Archive Collection does it justice. Visuals are remarkable for a film that is 70 years old.
Big surprise was a commentary track by Oliver Stone!

Reliable sources claim little has changed in the corporate world since this film was made... and I believe it!
While having to live within this world of intense office politics and among such relentlessly self-serving and power-hungry people would be hell on earth for me personally, it DOES make for a most FASCINATING and ENTERTAINING film! The cast here is truly top notch and they ALL are so convincing and believable in their roles. The lack of a soundtrack gives this drama a different feel in the best way, only adding to its feeling of authenticity! At times you feel more like a fly on the wall than the audience!
Despite its fine reputation this one still managed to exceed my expectations!! This Blu ray release looks beautiful and I can definitely see this being a film I'll revisit more frequently than most. It really is that good!
