This is the only hydration mix I’ll buy. I specifically appreciate that they use methylcobalamin B-12, and not cyanacobalamin B-12, so I know it’s metabolized and not wasted. Great choice Cizzel and Cwench.

Love this product

We used to use Biosteel but it got harder to get so we switched to Cwench. A bonus is we can get it at a local grocery store if we run low!
