Coldwater shrimp, sweet succulent scallops and flaky haddock
The chowder mix starts with Coldwater shrimp which, in my humble opinion, has a better flavour than any other shrimp I have tried. Then you have the sweet scallops, and the flaky haddock. I never put this in chowder as I want to to take each item as it is, with just a little black pepper and a punch of salt on the haddock, then lightly sauteed in a mix of oil and butter - perfection!

I made a seafood soup using Mitchell’s dry soup mix .. it was so delicious .. every bite… one week later I did it again… so tasty .. so fresh
