I take more of this than they recommend, because that's what a lot of people say to use.But it works really good, and I can tell it makes a difference

Berberine is a need
Since I started taking this supplement, food noise has disappeared. It has helped a lot with mid meal sneaking and overeating.

Berberine
I've only been using a short time. I've seen a subtle difference of maybe a little less belly fat. I'm not a big person to start but had been gaining around the waist. I've read Berberine is not good to stay on long term. This is not mentioned that I can see. You should go off it periodically I'm told by my Naturopathic Dr. Is this correct?
