The Knitter's Hand Stabilizer

Currently, I do not have my item which was ordered 2 1/2 weeks ago and should have been here 13 days ago. Customer service is seriously lacking. Three emails and the only response I got was they are working on it and no one answers the phone. The original tracking number with USPS could not be tracked by them. I now have a tracking number that is traceable, and currently the item has been in the same place for three days. The reason for two stars is hopefully I will like the item when I get it.

It has a great design. Would be good for those just beginning to have thumb arthritis. But for me, I find that after wearing it for a few minutes, it causes pressure and discomfort at the cmc joint where I had arthroplasty and a zerconia sphere implanted to replace the bone removed at the base of my thumb. I nay be due for a joint revision there.

I love this glove!! It really does relieve the pain!! Im an avid cross stitcher and it helped me with the pain in my thumb. Its very comfortable too. I’ve tried several different stabilizer’s and this one really helped.
