Excellent service and products

The bottles are really lovely…so happy that they are glass, NOT PLASTIC, and the silicone base makes them very stable. I am very happy with all of the Lucent globe products that l have tried. l had problems with the pump nozzle and when Lucent Globe were contacted regarding the issue, they were very quick to respond, very friendly with their customer service and when the problem was recognised, replaced the bottle for me, even though it was only the nozzle that was faulty. I would recommend Lucent Globe for their products and excellent service.
