At last
Its taken a lot of trial and error to find a hydration supplement that doesn't make me feel nauseous but finally in True Hydration I have success. I wasn't sure of the coconut taste initially but now having taken it daily for almost a month I don't notice it. Its making a difference to my energy levels during high energy gym classes too.

It’s working quickly
It has already increased my hydration in 2 weeks. I just added the one serving with water daily. My only bugbear is that it doesn’t have its own serving scoop. The recommended 1/2 an Ancient & Brave scoop feels a little unclear and adds an unnecessary step. It feels a quality product like this should have its own serving scoop.
