Unhappy-
The heat is on a 30 minute timer and when the timer is over it shuts off the unit as well, so if you dont constantly reset the timer you will have to power it on over and over. 30 minutes could be a safety feature but no thanks, when my wife is cramping she wants to cook those ovaries like a baked potato that was forgotten about in the oven.
Also- a major factor that made it a 1 star, the entire point of a battery powered unit is to be mobile, there are zero buttons on the heating pad itself to control the heating, without that remote you're at a loss, no heat, no red light, no tens. Its an overpriced paper weight without the remote in my opinion.
And this is for the My Obi group....you let an excited husband down hoping to alleviate my wifes cramps to help her in a painful moment. Dramatic on my part but i said what i said☹️

Great Relief - Could Use Improvement
TRY IT FOR SURE. I have no doubt this helped me a ton during my last cycle. It is a small price to pay for relief! However, I have a few critiques regarding the instructions and battery.
As someone who relies heavily on manuals, I felt confused in several places. The directions state not to use it for more than 30 minutes a day, but social media influencers and customers suggest you can use it almost constantly with small breaks. More guidance on suggested durations and popular settings would be incredibly helpful. Additionally, the manual refers to the technology only as a "massage" and never actually mentions "TENS," which I found interesting.
Performance-wise, a level 4 intensity (out of 16) helped a lot, but I was nervous about upping the settings at all because I did notice a numb sensation on my skin where the device sat, which lasted for a couple hours after use. It went away completely, but it did make me worry a bit about causing damage. Lastly, I wish the battery lasted longer. Heat helps me a lot, but I avoided using it frequently because I didn't want to drain the battery too fast, so I mostly stuck to the TENS mode. Overall, it helped me a lot and I recommend it.
