Essential workout buddy

One of my favourite flavours! I especially drink these after I’ve finished a workout, makes me feel immediately refreshed. I make sure to keep them in my ‘mum bag’ aswell. They’re so versatile.

Hydramama mixed berry

This one I love. I’ve tried them all but can’t get passed the mixed berry. I’m not one for cordial drinks but I can drink this one after I exercise.. 2 thumbs up!

I believe I have tried every flavour now and I have to say I think this is in my top 3. I do love them all though!! Great to have with my prenatal vitamins.
