The journal is fantastic. It has great prompts that help you think introspectively. It has forced me to really look inward and purposefully think about myself and my overall mental health. I would definitely continue to purchase products from Pulse of Potential.

Excellent Therapy Journal

This is a great journal! It has very thought provoking questions that require some soul searching. I like how it is broken up into different categories like your relationship with yourself, others etc. I would recommend this journal!
