Not put together properly
Bought pads specifically because we already purchased a collar and it was Douglas brand and only compatible with Douglas pads. Pads came in quickly which is great but straight from the factory they weren’t put together properly. Thanks fully my husband is handy and knows how to deal with rivets. One of the plastic pieces on the underside was not even in the rivet. He had to back it out just to be able to attach the LOOSE piece. E mailed Douglas and have yet to hear back. Fast shipping is the only reason I gave a two star rating because items like this not being put together correctly can cause significant problems .
