Nomz are so good! They’re the perfect little snack when you just need a little something to hold you over! Or they could be a meal replacement if you’re wanting to eat lighter. They are delicious and high in protein. I will be placing a second order!

Best Snacks for Breastfeeding

I was obsessed with these while breastfeeding. They are the perfect snack when the extreme surge of hunger hits! All four types are great, but coconut is my favorite. I'd always bring these when leaving the house, and I'd keep some upstairs for middle of the night breastfeeding snacks, too.
