Infinity Heart Bracelet

Been very disapointed with 2 purchases.they are turnig black and had to get fixed to wear.second order was not what i was expecting so been trying to get return info.no one has botheted to send needed information.at this point i have nothing good to say about my orders.need to honor returns and refund.
