This company and its service is absolutely awful. Even the sizing is terrible, and there is a quality issue with the received one. Not only did i wait nearly a month for my order, with zero care or decent customer relations solutions, but the shoe colour is not what it looks online. I also notice a fault in the shoes, like something was wrongly painted or something on the sole... I asked multiple times for a refund/cancellation of my order via email, due to the huge delay in delivery (this was very clearly documented in my emails, as I said no point in waiting further for it to come), and i was completly ignored and this felt like gaslighting.. what a shame. You have lost a customer that was ready to advocate and recommend your shoes. You also ruined my friend’s birthday/leaving gift as it arrived way later and she has now left the country. Not even a compensation or any proper apology that matters from your customer service.

The shoes are perfect!! Very high quality and comfortable

Another banger from Flabelus, this is my third pair and i absolutely adore them. I look forward (tariffs permitting) yo purchasing more in the future
