Lemon Raspberry Scone

I was pleasantly surprised by the scones and cinnamon rolls I ordered. While the scone is still somewhat dense (as is most gluten free things), it warms up nicely and goes well with coffee. The cinnamon rolls are the big surprise. They taste amazing, aren’t too dense, and are enjoyable to eat. Thank you Gluten Free Pastries.

Lots of raspberries, good texture for gluten-free and very tasty

Good if crumbly.
