I got these for my granddaughter and they are precious! She loves them so I have to assume that they are comfortable. They wipe clean with a magic eraser. I will buy these again ~

My problem actually isn't with the shoe. It is cute, and my niece likes them. The shoes were a little small so we are exchanging for one size up. My problem is the $15 fee to make the exchange. I do a lot of online shopping, and this fee is ridiculous. I will not be shopping with you again.
