Good gracious! Great fish. Tender and delicious. Just pan fried with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper with a squeeze of lemon. I'm thrilled and will order more!

It’s OK I did not think it had very much flavor and I thought the portion size was small compared to the sockeye salmon that I purchased on a regular basis
