Deepsleep Leveling Mat Review

Purchased for a 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid LE. This is a good, lightweight, inflatable pad with internal memory foam mat. Measurements: Inflated dimensions are about 34"L x 22"W x 3"H. Packed dimensions in the provided bag are about 24"L x 17.5" to 18"diameter (measured 17.5", but I had more room in the bag). The mat comes with two quick release buckle cinch straps and and carry bag. The leveling mat is rectangle shape. It fits the flat portion of the RAV4 cargo area. I was hoping it would have a wedge end on one end and inflate to the height of the back seat incline. It is hard to see that the leveling mat doesn't have the wedge end in the Deepsleep website photo since the black pad blends into the black cargo area in their photo. As designed, there is a gap between the inclined portion of the RAV4 seat back and the leveling mat that probably needs to be filled with something (shipping blanket, or spare camping blanket perhaps), so an off brand air mattress such as an existing inflatable backpacking sleeping pad won't sag. I'm sure the designed Deepsleep leveling mat / Deepsleep Solo mattress combination works perfectly fine without sagging as briefly displayed in a couple of independent YouTube product review videos. The leveling mattress appears to have durable outer material with non-slip . It is soft and comfortable to lay on without an additional mattress on it. The mat is easy to inflate; though it is faster by blowing air into it since self inflation is slow. The mat is somewhat easy to deflate due to the large deflation valve. The memory foam slows down the manual deflation process to make the mat small enough in diameter to fit in the provided bag. I rated it as 4 stars because: 1. I had hoped it had a wedge end on one end to match the angle on the folded backseat. 2. I wish it was the same height as the inclined seat back. 3. I had to roll it up twice to get it small enough to fit inside the provided bag since I don't have the Deepsleep air pump to deflate it. Final thoughts: I have no regrets purchasing and using this leveling mat for car camping since it does cut down the sleep angle the RAV4 has with the backseats folded down. The mat is inflatable, and it saves space during transport. I would purchase it again if I feel I need a second mattress for the other side in my RAV4 for a full cargo width bed.

Good quality / but doesn't really fit the LC250 cargo bed area

So I bought this because I was told (by Deepsleep) that this was the correct leveler for the new Toyota Land Cruiser - well it came and I tried it out, and while the quality of the mat is good, the size is generic and doesn't even reach the full length of the section of my bed to level... nor does it mold to the size of wheel well covers or anything.... it's essentially a nearly square cushion which will help, but not really solve the issue the way the photo of the product leads you to thing. I hope they make a proper solution to this and "in a pinch" this could work, but it will not be comfortable for long term use.

Deep Sleep Leveling Mat

I purchased the leveling mat for use in my Bronco Sport. Made all the difference in making my sleeping mat more level. I do not have room to build a platform and this works like a charm.
