I’m an ultra runner and the last thing I want to put in my body is anything artificial, refined, or processed. Pungao fuel gels are 100% the real deal. The caffeine in the Vital Nectar gels is from coffee bean fruit—this is a real plus for me because I’m allergic to green tea, which is the source of caffeine for many other natural energy gels. Pungao fuel is so clean and optimized—my body loves it and it has a massively positive impact on my running experience!

I've tried both the Kinesis and Vital gels, and both have been effective on my runs. They're gentle on my stomach, give a noticeable boost in energy, and don't leave a bad aftertaste. I only rated them 4 stars simply because I haven't tested them more than twice at this point.

Really works! I was skeptical but I get a jolt from the caffeine that lasts for a couple hours honestly, and the packet keeps me going for an early AM workout on an empty stomach till I eat a little more than an hour later. Really enjoying these pouches!
