Kinesis Nectar

Best gel supplement I have used on the bike in years. Taste great and doesn’t feel like it is just sitting in the bottom of your stomach. Fantastic for those long days in the saddle!

So far these have been great for providing energy mid workout or before/during activity (mountain biking). I am excited to see how these fuel my body on some upcoming trail runs. So far, I am very pleased!
