I will never order from your company again. Your shipping tracker is a joke and your customer service is non-existent. This was a gift for my mother and was ruined due to your failure to reply to emails and care about customer service. I notified you that she did not receive the 24 markers, purchased with the blanket. No effort or reply to try to remedy the situation. Thanks!
