Great workout, takes practice
I have been using the Edge gyros for years. My forearms have *shape* from nothing but gyro workouts, and revving the Edge gyros up to max is normal. The Dynamax makes me feel like I've been slacking off like a couch potato. Start the Dynamax by pulling the cord gently, letting it get faster and faster with lots of pulls. Then grasp it with both hands, then find the resistance and pattern. The huge gyro will get faster and faster, and you will be making fatigue-pain faces during your workout. Never mind the videos, this is boss-fight-level workout. This is great, and I wish these were more well-known.
