The bottles are stylish. Issues with account. No response from company.

I love the bottles and the refills. Very stylish. HOWEVER, I have never signed up for the refill subscription. Yet I am now receiving refills and payments are being taken on the subscription. I have tried logging into my account to stop this but am unable. The password reset is not working. I have tried contacting Kinfill directly and have received no response. This is concerning and disappointing. I have now contacted my bank to prevent further payments. Regretfully as they have now blocked all payments, this mean I am not able to reorder with this company again. A shame as I do like the products. All this needs is care and attention in responding to customers. On this they could do much better.

The Kinfill products are well made, effective, look good, reduce plastic use, reduce packaging. However, they are too expensive for me. I found the €20 delivery charge exorbitant. To be a sustainable alternative to mainstream products, the pricing needs to come down. Otherwise it is just a niche trendy product for the wealthy middle class
