Better Back

Haven’t used it on a plane yet, where I intend to, but it’s very good at my desk. I wish the straps didn’t get tangled and were a little easier, but the design is probably as good as it can be and it does work.

Is there a customer service line, need more instruction on how to use it, how to adjust straps, is not 'quick & easy' to put on and use. Can you plz email a video with detailed instructions on how to wear, and adjust the knee straps. Looking forward to using it, get the results of better posture while working at desk. It's great! It's easy to use and it's interesting how easy it is to sit with good posture when you're wearing it. Good posture just feels good and natural. And, most importantly, it is training me to have good posture when I'm NOT wearing it. Excellent product, well made and does just what it was advertised to do. I highly recommend it. :)
