Had an issue with my fan, problemsolving discussions with aeratrons suggested a reciever module problem in my fan, it died some years after warranty. An older model but Aeratron provided me with a new one with some disqount on the price. Thi solved my problem and I didnt have to replace everything. Superhappy now, the fan is working like new again, super quiet, high effect and great looking.:-)

My ceiling fan works again, just when I need it

After having had it for three years, the remote receiver/motor control stopped working. Thanks to good support from Aeratron, I was able to quickly pinpoint the cause. A new receiver eventually solved the issue. And a nice discount from support helped in getting it quickly.
