Brick Tee

Product was as described, perhaps a bit small. However, I waited over a month for the T-shirt to be shipped despite chasing it up and being reassured that they are dispatched within 10 working days. I was given a tracking number but the T-shirt was never sent to the shipping company, when I emailed them I then had to chase up again with the company. Paying £24 for delivery is ridiculous considering the fact I had to remind the company to send the package with no apology or acknowledgement of their fault. The T-shirt needs exchanging for a larger size and I have been told that I will need to cover the cost of sending the T-shirt and receiving the new one which I am very reluctant to do following the issues I have had.
