First Time Customer

The materials and colors were good. Love that there are foot holds to go on the table legs. It seemed easy enough to send in art work. But it just became confusing and time consuming. The person working with the artwork was not very communicative once the images were sent. No guide to tell you if the image is coming through clear or there are issues. When I got proofs the only thing that seemed wrong was the coloring but that was fixed. When one of the tablecloths did not look like the template, customer service was hard to find . Which is still an issue that has not been resolved except for a suggestion of paying more to get what was asked for the first time.

Quality fabric and workmanship. I was pleasantly surprised that the details were meticulous. The graphic logo was clear and exactly as I had sent it. I am very pleased with the item and the customer service. Only down side was the time it took to receive it.
