Authentic Original™ Loafer

I had an issue with my order and have been emailing customer support since the shoes have arrived. After three emails, instill have not heard from the customer service group. Very poor customer service.

Unbelievably disappointed with the lack of quality and workmanship of these shoes. My package arrived in a plastic bag with a smashed box. I hadn't purchased Sperry's for a few years, but clearly the quality has drastically gone downhill. The shoes look like cheap plastic knockoffs. The seams are uneven and the colors appears to have been an afterthought. The shoes are also extremely narrow and unforgiving. A huge waste of money!!!! 0/5
