The lighting is okay but nothing more than a standard ring light can give. That and instead of being sunctioned it's a magnet, requiring anywhere you place it to be metal. Plus it does not stick to the stand because the magnet isn't strong enough

Is been almost a month, no delivery update, i’ve emailed them 3 seperate times with no response. Dissapointing.

The lighting it provides is great and it helps with a seeing the progress I make in the gym my casting a down shadow on the muscles to better see the definition my muscles get
