Aviator Wings Leather Keychain Loop

I purchased an aviator keychain in August for a Christmas gift for my daughter. When the gift was opened, it was the wrong logo. Because it was long after delivery of the keychain, I thought I’d probably just have to order another one. When I contacted Wings & Wood and explained what happened, and sent a picture of what had been received, they said they’d be glad to send a replacement which they did. However that replacement never got delivered, so without my asking they sent not only 1 but 2 more keychains at no cost to me. I have never received such amazing customer service. They truly went above and beyond. My family will definitely be ordering from them again.
