Although some content was hard to understand as I don't have a medical background, I still found the information to be excellent and I was able to get an understanding with Dr Libby's way of trying her best to explain in layman terms! After reading the book I purchased the Bio Iron Supplements and its been the best Supplement my daughter has taken. Great results and no digestion/bloating issues! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and keeping the supplements natural. We try not to use synthetic where possible. 10/10.

Great book, well worth it.!

I initially purchased the audio version but had a few issues with it but inwas very impressed in how the Dr Libby team helped resolve all my problems. So for starters 10/10 for service and customer care. And the book, was great. I love it when the author reads their own book since they always do it with such passion and enthusisam. This was definitely the case here. The content was very informative and well worth buying a hard copy as well for noting down and underlining for quick reference. Well worth the read/ listen
