Disappointed

I purchased this as a gift for my mom and unfortunately the size seems to run a bit small. My mom didn’t want to complain about the slippers but when I saw her feet, I was very worried and upset. I told her to stop wearing them. These shows are on the pricier side, and I now feel like I spent more than a reasonable amount of money to get a shoe that is very uncomfortable for my mom’s feet.
