I started following Lauren on TikTok and loved the content. She never came across too pushy or too confident. One of her diamond deals came across my feed and I instantly knew that was the diamond I needed to get. I reached out to her in an email and she got back to me very quick. The entire process was so incredibly easy and laid back which I think is very important and helpful when going through this experience. We scheduled a phone call the following day to go over the rest of the details like the ring, the setting, etc.. My finance is beyond ecstatic. Lauren and her team made the most PERFECT ring for us. We could not be more satisfied or happy.

From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. They were responsive when I had questions, and they even made me feel calm when I was super excited about the ring! They made an incredible Tik Tok about the ring...which I woke up to her watching the morning after it arrived...I did have to pull the wool over her eyes and convice her that that wasn't hers! LOL! 10 out of 10, will order from here again, starting with her wedding band next! Save the date! June 20th 2026!
