Compass Urn Bracelet

Terrible customer service. I was asked to submit a video, spent a significant amount of time compressing it to meet the upload limit, and after sending it, I received no response or update. Instead, I was asked to complete a survey before my issue was even resolved. Asking customers to rate service when nothing has been done to help them is incredibly frustrating. My claim is still unresolved, and I cannot recommend this company.
