Creatine

i'm going on my second month now of taking creatine - 15g not 5g and i can feel the difference in memory and energy. the taste is grainy and it doesn't really 'dissolve' but that doesn't bother me. highly recommend!

Creatine has a lot of health benefits and especially for strength training and body building. I really like the Clearly Creatine because I know it's clean and I'm not getting a bunch of unnecessary fillers and sweeteners.

I heard that a good creatine should disolve easily (not sure if it is true), and of all the ones I have tried the one from Clearly it is certainly the one that disolves quicker. I love it.
