Completely painless and smooth experience from start of conversation to pre-ordering and purchasing the Wooting60HE, then consulting on swapping the switches to the Gateron Jade HE. Upon receiving the keyboard and my request to change the keys, completed it within the very next day, ready for pick up. Absolutely top class service by Jed and Aaron, and very dangerous that I was tempted to leave with more keyboards when I came to pick mine up :)

Staff was busy to entertain me when buying the keyboard. Went to do my own research at their place. Luckily they have good internet. Wish i got alot info by the staff before purchasing the keyboard.
