Beef Stroganoff

I really miss my mother's beef stroganoff and have been looking for an easy way to make some. This almost does the trick. I added a little sour cream, and I was satisfied. I would order this again, if I place another order.

How can you go wrong with stroganoff? This dish is the definition of comfort food done right. The sauce is rich, creamy, and full of savory flavor, perfectly coating every bite of tender meat. It’s the kind of meal that’s both filling and incredibly comforting, especially after a long day. Stroganoff is a classic for a reason, and this version absolutely delivers. I’d happily have it again anytime.

I added some additional sour cream at the end of the cook time, it was great. The meat was tender and was loaded with mushrooms. I loved it. This one was enough for 3 meals for meal with an added salad.
