So far not pleased at all with my purchase. It is now September 21, 2026 and I purchase three items on September 4th, and have not yet received my items but money was taken from my account on the 4th for the items. The shipment is still showing in Miami Fl since September 8th. On Shop tracking it shows to be delivered today but they did not arrive. At this point I am very close to wanting my money returned and thinking of going with someone else for watches of this caliber.

I bought a 150.00 smart watch with a app i can't connect to ,to be able to customize it, I've Email the company 3 times without any response from them,and apparently it never worked because others are also unable to connect also ,this is a problem for me ,I've had 35.00 ones that worked better, very disappointed in this Name brand ,will never purchase anything from them again......
