Commander Smartwatch

I bought a 150.00 smart watch with a app i can't connect to ,to be able to customize it, I've Email the company 3 times without any response from them,and apparently it never worked because others are also unable to connect also ,this is a problem for me ,I've had 35.00 ones that worked better, very disappointed in this Name brand ,will never purchase anything from them again......

They don't live up to the agreement of being water proof. Got my watch wet in the rain and they said it didn't cover water damage.
