So far so good! I only give it a four star right now because I have only been taking them less than a month. However, I have already ordered a 3 month supply because I suspect that the results can only get better and a five star will follow.

I love this product! The only downside is that a 1-month supply only lasts half of a month for me if I'm going to take the amount to my doctor recommended so a month supply costs twice as much as labeled for me personally. Otherwise the product is great! Probably my favorite inositol I havefound
