Mini Chainsaw Cordless Power ChainSaws

Nothing wrong with the item itself. I thought I had charged the batteries, (an hour each), but no red light or greenlight appeared. Turned out the power point was faulty. As thos was unknown at the time of my first use, I was annoyed when the saw cut out after ten minutes and the blade was jammed in the wood. I loosened the chain and took the guard off and tryed to release the blade. After a struggle I succeeded but have subsequently been unable to reload the chain. Can't see what I'm doing wrong but currently cannot use the saw. Regards David

The mini chainsaw is amazing, so easy to use and cuts through branches so easily. Highly recommend.
